YELAPA (MEXICO)

This is one of my favorite retreats setting. I am from Brasil, beaches are my element. Here in Yelapa we are on the sand all the time. The yoga room is right on the beach, we have our meals right on the beach under this amazing starry sky. During the day the temperature is so pleasent, we swim, we walk on the beach, we go to our daily practices:

AM - meditation/pranayama, asanas
PM - restoratives, forward bend and twist.

Each day we release more and more of our tightness, releasing tensions. The ocean, the sun, the practice and of course the Mexican fresh food, are all to support
healing, rejuvenatation, and happiness.
